Fantastic Furniture
Stock management system on their website is so monumentally rubbish it's farcical. Finding out where an item is in stock is next to impossible as it only shows you results for the particular colour variant on screen. So you're toggling back and forth again and again and again to get anywhere.Also 12-14 weeks on basic stock availability is a disgrace, and still playing the covid stock delays" card in 2023 means I'd just rather go elsewhere."

Excellent customer service! Thank you Anthony for helping us organise our big furniture order as we just moved out to a new apartment. Delivery was quick and efficient - loved that they had everything in stock and it was all delivered within a week!

Ordered furniture in store. The store delivered the wrong items. Then had no response from the store when I sent through emails I sorted the issue in store where I Received appalling customer service from the manager on duty. I then was given a new delivery and exchange date. The delivery did not happen on that day we received no calls there was no effective communication. I was told when I called called the partners attempted to deliver, however the installed cameras showed nobody attended. I arranged another delivery, received a message to say “we have cancelled your delivery “. Very Unprofessional and I would not recommend buying furniture through these guys Absolute joke.

My partner and I only spent 20 minutes in here thanks to the help of Anthony. Walked out with a new mattress and frame, and even when we had a hiccup with one of the products, Anthony was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks for your great help!

The service at this branch is great. The gallery is a decent size and has a nice array of what’s online. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Staff went out of their way to assist and offer alternatives and solutions. Very satisfied every time I leave here with a purchase.

I bought chest drawers from croydon store and I was recommended to use David (the store hands out his cards). Date of 2/06 was confirmed. No news from him till1 June and on 2/6 morning ( after numerous texts)i was advise this to be 2-5pm. Come 4.50 pm and no news-i rang him and he then said in the next 3-4 hours and i dont have to wait! So unprofessional. The store was not helpful when i returned the goods. The store should not be recommending such trades people. I am seeking Fair Trading to stop stores recommending such unreliable tradespeople. Fantastic was not fantastics-but a disaster
