We installed an Elite Elevator approx 12 months ago and we were really impressed with the 2 installers and the support team they brought in throughout the install. Everything was positive with the install and the guys were really friendly and made our experience a positive one.When the install was finished we had a minor problem with part of the technology but the supervisor came out personally to resolve the issue and we have had no problems since. The fact that we had direct access to the technicians supervisor meant we could ring him anytime and he responded quickly and positively.We felt the staff were a pleasure to have in our home and we felt their professionalism and easy going approach to us, their customers, was excellent.

As I do not normal write reviews I have to in this case,Elite elevatorsfor me have be wonderful they have been on time with their production of our H200 lift, and with all the world problems that's a brilliant resultOn top of this there communication has been excellent, every step of the wayAs for their H200 lift it lives up to their sales promotion .you do need a car space area while installation is done, the installers were marvellous and paid great attention to detailIts only early days into the lifts life but its doing every we expected it to do

We were looking for a lift for our new home, after shopping around we picked Elite Elevators as it uses hydraulic lift, German engineered.Sales team explained the lift technically well.Team was very professional and very friendly to deal with.The Installation Coordinator came a few times to check onsite while construction to make sure everything was as per plans.Overall we were very happy with the lift. The elevator is now installed after a series of events that prolonged the installation (covid 19, port delays etc)The staff involved were courteous and helpful to a huge degree and remained positive despite situations beyond their controlTheir optimism was soundly proved when the elevator was commissionedThe final project stands as a testament to soundness of engineering and quality designMy wife and I are thrilled with the results and are looking forward to a long association with Elite elevatorsThis unit will allow us to lead an easier future enjoying our home fully

Started our project years ago with many delays. Throughout our delays and complications we were always looked after by elite elevators. They offer expert advice and walk you through everything. 100% recommend

Very professional service. The product was as described. Service team were very good and explained what they were doing when attending. Elite also contracted excellent builders when installing the elevator.

About 18 months ago we started the process of researching lift companies, as we decided to put one into our new build. It was unknown territory, and I remember calling two companies based off reviews, we come out to Elites showroom and the customer service from day one has been 100%, we also had a zoom call with another very recommended company, that actually came in cheaper, but my husband and I decided that it was worth paying the extra quoted price to have piece of mind knowing we had great customer service throughout the process, and that we did and continue to have when we have had a few technically difficulties, you can see that Elite respects the customer even after install and is there to help, which is greatly appreciated from our end. We installed a model H300 Elite Elevator in our new build home in Torquay. Elite delivered and installed on time and Marcus their technical supervisor was fantastic in solving an issue we had with mobile coverage for the emergency phone.The lift looks great, works well and we are very happy we went with Elite to do the job!

I used elite elevators for one my childcare centres. The planning and install process went very smoothly with the shop drawings they provided and the contractors who installed the lift. The operators of the centre are also pleased with the final product from what I've been told.Will use again on my next childcare definitely.
