Service is second to none! Very professional and The best Service I've experienced in a Mechanic that specialises in BMW work.All parts were in stock and that made for a speedy turnaround.The receptionist was very knowledgeable and Helpful.Quote came in Under cost.Overall you May pay a little more than some but Anthony's expertise was worth the money, And Peace of Mind that the work was of the best quality you could ask for !

Would not take your car here… first service was great. Then when it went back in for oil/water leak suddenly it needs 15k spent on it for rocker covers and timing gear. Went and got a second opinion and was told 3k will fix the rockers and nothing wrong with timing gear… they should call this place imaginary problems automotive… I guess they have to pay for that shiny workshop somehow..

I have regularly had my car (Mercedes 2009 C200) serviced here and while expensive the service is 1st class and thorough.They have loan cars available and usually give you same make of car as your own.

I took my car here to fix the same problem 3 times, costed me over $1,000 including towing fees and cab fees, and on the third time they said it is more related to Tuning so recommended I need to take it to a tuning place when returning the key to me (obviously hand-balling tactic ). Once I took it home after the third time at the mechanic on Friday, and by Sunday I drove around for 20 mins, the exact same problem reoccurred. It’s never been fixed yet I’ve been charged…wasted my time & money.

Had a good initial experience with this business, then it went downhill dramatically. Very poor communication, disorganisation and then the final straw was when they performed unauthorised works on my car. Cannot recommend, as they have now lost my trust. There are plenty of other good euro mechanics in ACT region which haven't caused me anywhere near the stress of this mob.

Terrible service, They charged me 2600$ to replace the timing chain and after that my car sounds like a truck. I asked them to fix it and they told me, we don't fix it and not paying back your money. They said Don't attend the workshop. If you want to get ripped off, you can go there.
