Fantastic service. Ordered an exhaust bracket which they had to get from Sydney and they were able to fit it immediately once it arrived. Said it would take an hour, smashed it out in 20 minutes! Super friendly and helpful. 5 stars!!!

I have been a returning customer at other MyCar establishments over the years, this place has completely ruined my trust in the business. Took our car in for a service, nearly $3000 later we drive away. A day later the engine light is back on, car is running worse than before. We take it back 3 different times, told there is nothing they can do and its a seperate issue to what we got quoted to fix, so of course no warranty. When I called about this I was told we don't have a crystal ball to see into the future" so that was super helpful. To add insult to injury

Highly recommend these guys.They repaired our car free of charge as we did a 105k service last month.Also was very prompt in communication.Many thanks to Jackson.Mycar provided free roadside assist as well for us. Our car got broken down in a hospital car park.They sent a service person to help us get it out first and then towed the car to nearest centre. Very happy with their service.

This was my first visit to mycar. Customer service from the team at mycar Ipswich was second to none. I was contacted before any extra work or parts was completed. My service and new tyres was all done within the said timeframe. Overall, 5 stars! Thanks guys!

First I booked an appointment for a new set of tyres. The morning of the appointment an hour before I was due to arrive these guys call and tell me the tyres have not arrived and won't be in until later in the day. Ok I say people make mistakes things happen. I go in for my appointment in the afternoon they put 2 out of 4 new tyres on my car I left without checking because I didn't think I had to check. The next day I get a call telling me they somehow forgot to put two tyres on and that they won't do a free wheel alignment once they put the new tyres on they would give a discount of the previous one which is pointless. Then I call back to book in for the remaining two tyres and put on hold for 10 minutes. What a joke this is becoming a norm.for so called professional services and quote frankly I'm over it.

Absolutely top notch service. Have had tyre punctures fixed as well as tyre replacements and wheel alignments done, and always had a great experience. Very hands on, even when I have had to juggle a 2 year old at the same time, recommend them every chance I get

I had read the reviews about this place before deciding to book. Ben and Jackson, both are very helpful, friendly and professional in their attitude to clients. The mechanics checked my car while servicing and reported what they found to the office and the office rang me to report what they found. There was no hard sell" to fix the problem and they simply did the job that I asked for. I requested a quote for the problems and it was emailed to me.I was told of a change to my timing for the day
