MR Trades

We use MR trades and have a monthly contract with this business, they are courteous, professional, timely and well priced. We have used cheaper contractors in the past but the old saying stands...'You get what you pay for'.We have nothing but praise for the MR Trades team..Keep up the exceptional work guys! You have a customer for life!

Had problems with my rear sliding door rollers. Tradesman came out to replace rollers, didn't have them with him. No problem, couldn't get any from Bunnings. Took photos and ordered them.~2 weeks went by with no communication. Called them and they told me someone would be out within a few days. Tradesman came out, discovering that the wrong rollers had been ordered. Despite having photos and measurements.He repeated the process and told me he would be in touch. After another couple of weeks went by I contacted MR again. They informed me someone would be out on that coming Thursday. My partner and I changed our schedules to be home. The text message informed us it would be between 1pm and 5pm. At 4.45pm after no one had arrived I called. Only to be told the rollers that were ordered a second time were incorrect AGAIN. Someone didn't check the part number against the invoice (this was told me me during the phone conversation). The woman on the phone made no attempt to placate me or offer any explanation. Just palmed it off to some poor guy in the ware house.After this I was very annoyed. I asked the person on the phone if they had now (3rd time) ordered the correct ones and if they were going to get them express posted. To which they replied yes. That was almost two weeks ago. I'm still here waiting. About to call for the last time.Absolute Hill Billy company. Be very wary of using them. They did not liaise with my real estate during any of this. I have had to keep my RE in the loop as they cannot.If they can't handle ordering two rollers for a door good luck with anything more complicated. I'm not sure if this is one of the companies that likes to reply to negative comments with excuses, but if so I'd love to post all the emails and screen shots proving my side. I just can't be bothered unless I have too. I've wasted enough time with them.

I would personally recommend this company to anyone that is looking for property maintenance or electrician. I have had MR Trades come out and undertake various works in both locations, including power points, lights and data added; patch and paint, hanging signs, replacing doors, assembling furniture and customising spaces. They are helpful, professional and well priced. The tradesmen are prompt and on time.The communication and service is wonderful.They are and have been my go to for the last 5 years.See you guys next time I need something!

Thanks Michael for a great job done. The grass on my rentalproperty was an eyesore. MR Trades comes to the rescue withbrand new Sir Walter Buffalo turf up the side of the house.Looks great. Don't hesitate to use these guys. Reasonable price.
