Quick phone consult for a script refill. Not sure why I had to answer a questionnaire when the doctor asked me the same questions.Said he would send the script via text message, which I still have not received. I have been without my medication for a week now as this was the 1st available appointment. Guess I'll be waiting longer, so it will take longer for the medication to work again.

I have been visiting this surgery for many years. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Jo, the nurse, is like visiting a friend without the cuppa, lol. Dr Ali is a great doctor and very concerned about your health. Which is very appreciated.Debbie Hallam

Very friendly practice. Dr Lin has now retired, unfortunately, after being my GP for many years, but Dr Atiya is lovely and very professional.I would recommend this practice to anyone.

At least 50 fake reviews in the last 2-3 months. It was around 2 out of 5 for 20 years (the whole time I was a patient there UNTIL the only decent doctor who worked there retired). Now it's magically" 4 out of 5 stars. BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS."

Lovely Medical center, with friendly admin staff, modern online app booking system & Telehealth services easy & convenient.Jo the onsite nurse is such an incredible, kind & caring team member, who works well with GP services.But the stand out, most incredible, kind, thorough, skilled and superb communicator is Dr Shaukat Ali.He is a gentle, intelligent doctor, that listens, explains, and works with patients to achieve positive outcomes. Dr Ali is the best GP in the local area, with a broad set of skills & knowledge.All the GPs at this centre are extremely well qualified and trustworthy.Healthy patients are the priority and this medical centre has the doctors and staff to help. ⚕️ Best local medical center!
