This gym was great for my 15 year old son until we wanted to end his membership. They make you pay for 30 after advising of cancellation even though we only ever signed up for 3 months initially and if you stop debits, they get debt collectors to follow up debt. Do not enter into any agree or contract with this gym!!

AVOID!! The absolute worst gym we have ever been to. All they do is hassle you. Charging us during lockdown for services we had no access too and continuing to now harass us for money we apparently owe them?? Had to block them through our bank, even the bank said they’ve had multiple cases with this place. Still dealing with them over a year later. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

After being a member for approximately 3 years, I have seen minimal maintenance to the machines with more and more of them disappearing as they break.Sadly, I am waiting for the day this business shuts down. It’s in a great location and the yearly upfront membership costs are reasonable (stay away for Direct debits if you ready the other comments).But they either need new management or a cash injection to keep this place functioning. Please avoid this place at all costs. They are incredibly unprofessional. They charge you all through out lock down even when you can’t use their services. After MULTIPLE attempts to get in contact with them my friend was finally contacted and given a refund for the money they had taken out during lockdown, after blocking the direct debits coming out for the time being she receives an email from debt collectors saying she owes Enrg money for cancelling her direct debits (mind you she is in a no lock in contract) then again after multiple attempts at trying to contact them they get back to her saying she has broken her obligation in her contact and that she owes them money, they then go as far as blocking her so she can longer contact them to sort it out. This place is ridiculous, management is seriously unprofessional and the way they have been treating their clients is absolutely disgusting. Please stay away from this place!

From the moment i walked in this gym i felt comfortable and motivated, the staff were polite and eager to help me if i needed it, when it comes to the equipment it is in perfect condition and there is so much of it i feel like i could be here for hours and not run out of things to do. 100% you need to come down and see this perfect gym for your self.

This is a great gym. Membership is reasonably priced, and it's open 24x7. There's a huge range of quality equipment. The air con is OK. Off street parking. Many classes are held there covering a lot of disciplines.

Very user friendly, great facilities with more morning fitness classes starting soon. Also, very well priced.Since posting 3 months ago, ENRG has a fitness class every morning at 9.30. Fantastic instructors and friendly atmosphere! I recommend to shift workers, young mums,(childminding now), retirees, the lot!

Giving one star cause Google won't allow me to ho any lower. Where do I even start? Unprofessional, shady practices, money hungry, and many many more. Please, for the love of God, stay very far away from this place!!!! Don't walk...RUN!!!!
