dave is amazing, well experienced. he communicates regarding vehicle issues and what exactly he is upto. will recommend for rwc and other mechanical needs.

Sunshine ultra tune is very professional and quick , fantastic rates on full service and really friendly staff , I won’t take my pride and joy anywhere else . My LS3 SS commodore wagon purrs every time I take it here . Hard to find a great mechanic so when you find one like this you stick like glue !!!

I've been a customer here for years and have always been impressed with their impeccable customer service and quality of workmanship. Today, not so much. Very disappointed to have not been contacted during the day for consent to install items as usually was the way. This included a towbar which was $200-$400 more than quoted. Also left with a brake light out and the rattle I had concerns about still evident. My biggest issue was by far, with the poor customer service provided by Dave". His predecessor was an absolute legend and this guy fell way short. He was fixated solely on having an argument and conveying how hard he had worked on fitting the towbar

It is a 10,000 kms annual full service on my Mazda3. I am so happy with my first time experience dealing with Ultra Tune service T your Sunshine store. I give 5 stars rating for this store, because booking is easy and quick, the Manager Dave and each staff I in contact with are all very friendly and helpful, even though they are quite busy but take time to answer my queries. And the full service on my car according to the car’s manufacturer ‘s requirements is very good. My driving after the service can feeling the different . I would recommend my family members and friends to come to this store to meet Dave (I think his name is David Hamman ?) and get his service from now on.

Ultra tune sunshine is great place to service's done. If you don't own a lphone that has app for in store your good but if Android phone's don't bother you have to pay cash.l just experience this.l want to do afterpay you can not. They won't change to zip or anything else to accommodate your need. Just sad.

I had a very frustrating experience at Sunshine Ultra Tune today. I dropped my car off in the morning, and made clear that all the car needed was a simple service. I wanted an oil change, and filters replaced. Fairly standard stuff - there was nothing wrong with the car as far as I was concerned, so I didn't ask for anything else.Later in the day, I received a call from the team, whereby they listed a series of things that they found that needed fixing - $2000 worth of repairs! I politely declined - I just wanted a service, and told them I would address the other issues on my own.Upon picking up the car, I received a very rude shock - the bill was almost $900!! For a service?! Admittedly, I quietly paid the bill and thought nothing of it. I was handed the invoice only after I paid. Then, I inspected the invoice when I got home - and there it was. I'd been charged for a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush - two jobs that I didn't ask them to complete.I definitely won't be returning to Ultra Tune Sunshine anytime soon, and I recommend anybody going to this place to exercise caution.
