Avoid at all costs. They just see a woman come in and decide that they can do you over. They told me my battery needed replacing, to then take it somewhere else and find out that it needed replacing because they broke the terminal. Then want to charge me $900 for a part replacement that wasn’t even broken. DO NOT go here

I have been a customer since I bought my Suzuki Grand Vitara 16 years ago - I have always been happy with the service received…until now. The fuel emissions light came on on my dash. After doing the checks, Lawrence’s quoted $4000 to fix the issue, including replacing the whole exhaust. I got a second opinion, and it turns out that it cost just $146.90 for the part that needed replacing…and it has fixed the problem. Very disappointed in Lawrence’s!

Absolutely Disgusted in their conduct, car was drivable going in for a recall and not drivable coming out.What was meant to be a simple recall turned into a near $2000 repair job.Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.Bunch of scammers, people beware.

Honestly avoid the place for anything other than logbook stuff. Just tried to increase a quoted price on pickup of the vehicle after ive already had to pay for the part prior to booking the car in. So come to pick it up and am told oh, no sorry but really its going to cost more as it wasnt what we gave you a quote on. Then when i said no if it needed extra stuff i was meant to be called they said oh well just take it out the back and pull the part out. Honestly avoid as are a bunch of thieves

Very rare to find such a pleasant service experience in QLD. The etiquette on phone is simply superb. The friendliness of the front desk ladies is amazing. All in all such a Super Nice experience. Will visit again !

Got half way to Rockhampton and a fault light came up on my dash. My manual said to get it to a mechanic assp. Rang around and no-one could help me out. One guy suggested I try Lawrence's. They were busy but the lady said bring it in and we'll see what we can do. They checked it out and sorted the issue. Piece of mind for my drive home. They even bussed me back and forth at no extra cost. I would highly recommend these guys if you need a service or just some assistance. Thank you to the ladies in the Service Department and to the friendly bus driver. You guys really saved the day.

WAS a customer for 16 years. After being lied to re oil leak" in rear shockies (2nd time in few years). No leak. Battery "no good"...STILL starting car very well. Brakes "low"... Were LESS than 50% worn. Other bad experiences.... Would NOT recommend & will never have my cars "serviced" by them again."

Service was exceptional. They repaired a broken passenger window regulator for us on the same day we rang for assistance. Dropped us off to a venue of our choice to wait in the cool until it was finished. Fast friendly and efficient service. Thanks.
