The Service for our Darling sister Alexa today, the help and guidance the week before was exceptional. She looked so beautiful with the finer details all included. A few months ago, our beloved mother passed away; leaving us overwhelmed with existential crisis. A friend called M.H.Funerals and gave my number for contact. Ian called me outside business hours and guided me through the process to organize a prompt cremation according to Hindu traditions. He kept me informed of every step and went out of his way to facilitate certain requests at no extra cost. It was caring, dignified professionalism at its best. The support, knowledge, caring and professionalism provided to us when we were lost, was amazing, especially as Mum's church funeral was in Brisbane and her burial in Toowoomba during the floods. The flowers were breathtaking, and not having to choose a coffin was such a relief – the one included was perfect. Michael Hutchinson's pricing was also extremely affordable.
