Very rundown and unprofessional. My daughter had two sessions there before we were told that her speech therapist was transferring elsewhere. We were also informed that we would be given a new speech therapist. On our way to the next session, after driving for 30 minutes, we called to say we hit some traffic. They called us back and asked if we had received a text message confirming our appointment (we had) and said there must have been a mistake because they never replaced our daughter’s therapist with someone else. They then said we wouldn’t be seen and to turn around and go home. We were told we would receive a call when she had a new educator and we never heard back from them....that was almost two months ago now. Don’t waste your money/time.

My 8 yr old son has been seeing speech and OT through here for almost 3 yrs and they have been fantastic with him. When we 1st started he could barely say 3 words now he says everything and he could not do buttons or tie his shoe laces and now he shows me his a big boy.Highly recommended

Ironically, terrible at communicating.They cancelled my son's appointments multiple times, with very little, and on one occasion, no notice at all.Also had to continually chase them, for months, asking for the assessment / report I had paid for, and needed for my son's GP appointments.Would not recommend.
