Better and Cheaper Furniture P/L

Love this place ,they really looked after me when I last bought furniture there.

6/3/20 bought a cupboard and paid $60 delivery from ferntree gully to knoxfield . John came and another cranky man. It was a bit difficult to get the cupboard up the hallway and cranky man said delivery is to your front door . John who was nice and trying his best said he would get the bigger trolley and cranky man spat the dummy and stormed out. Then he said i have to take responsibility if something is broken. They got it into laundry but couldnt manouvre it into place. The whole time cranky man was rude and obnoxious. I told them to leave it and told cranky man to go. He stormed out. I told john that man needs lessons in customer service. He was very rude and agitated. Will never get anything dwlivered from them again.

Amazing customer service, products and prices.I bought a australian made mattress. The price was brillant andthe quality is outstanding.Any furniture i need i will definetely buy from here!

Good selection of furniture, helpful staff explaining the custom order process and warning about the pitfalls (will the bookcase fit through the door?) There is quite a bit of a wait for the custom order, but the delivery experience is good.The website is very, very basic but manages to showcase everything properly too.

Stopped by on my way to Ikea thinking I might be able to get a wardrobe insert. Was very impressed with the range and quality considering the prices, easily better value that the big furniture shops though not as much range. Ended up buying that plus a table and chairs and a butchers block, not only that I left at 2pm and they delivered same day and not only that assembled the table in position up stairs after telling me at the store that they don’t typically deliver to second stories. Could not recommend enough, it’s definitely worth a look for anyone furniture shopping. Needless to say I never made it to Ikea.

The name doesn't do it justice. It should be Better Value" furniture. Just received our made to order 2.5M TV unit and our specially made coffee table. All solid timber with a high quality finish. We'll be back to buy our next lot of furniture very soon.We have since been back to buy custom-made bookshelves

I've bought Furniture from here on several occasions, I couldn't be happier with the Beds and Mattresses, Fantastic Customer Service and same day delivery.

Bought 2 custom solid timer bookshelves. Beautifully constructed and stained by a local carpenter. Had to wait several weeks for them to be ready but it was worth the wait. Delivery was no issue.

Perfect service, from my first phone call to see if they had furniture in stock , to delivery in less than 24 hours . Polite & helpful 100% customer focused without being pushy…Best prices as well, will definitely recommend & return for further purchases if required .
