Extremely professional and pleasant experience from Michael and team during our entire sale process. Michael was invaluable to us during our sale. Michael's knowledge of the local area was evident throughout with both he and Lauren working with us to determine a realistic valuation/price expectation. The process during what is generally a challenging time for vendors ran very smoothly by Michael and team. Communication was second to none - Michael met with us in person when needed, managed our expectations well, and kept in regular contact via phone the rest of the time. It was clear to us that Michael genuinely cares about matching the right house with the right buyer and demonstrated this care for potential buyers as well as us which is something we truly valued. Stay as far away from these guys especially Katie Smith.We rented a place under Williams, and when the owners were selling the house Katie would just show up with 40 people ready to view the house with no phone call call or email. She would quickly get as many people in the house as possible! Complete randoms everywhere, when the inspection was over, the draws in our room were left open as someone had been through them. Katie completed dismissed our complaints and just showed up again the following week pulling the same stunt. After the house was sold the old owners came to see us, they were absolutely livid with the experience they had with Katie and Williams real estate.
