Total rip off!!Don’t go near these guys.Take thousands of dollars to fix vehicle then say they can’t fix it!!

Vehicle went in for an overheating issue - a suspected water pump failure. Diagnosis was an air lock after a radiator replacement and bleed by myself - duh!Guys fixed it, tested and charged me 30 mins labour.Honesty pays, a new water pump could have been fitted and i'd be none the wiser, but instead a great job and hence a 5 star recommendation and repeat buisness is likley.

Awesome service and great job done even though I just limped my ute in. They fixed it within the day and very good price

They charge more than the stated price for a safety certificate on the approved places (QLD transport website) to do safety certs for vehicles. Say to drop off at 8am to do a 1hour check and haven't even started by 10am. Would not recommend go somewhere else.

definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.definitely the worst mechanic I’ve been too.3 terrible experiences and always have an excuse for why the problem returns after the “fix” it.I received a service just to find they did absolutely nothing (maybe put some water in)sh*t show of mechanics!

Overall experience wasn't as great as others, I asked on the day of drop off the price I would be paying, $800 plus $60-$80 for oil as I myself provided the service kit, I told them I needed to make sure I wouldn't be made to pay any extra on pick up, they said no, they would call me ans let me know, on day of pick up I got charged $1020. They said the oil was $160 something. Still not sure where the extra money came from as they didn't say anything else nor did they call to inform me of extra charges, I paid it as I just wanted to get in my car and go as it was late in the afternoon. They did the job well, could definitely work on communication as I had to call them for updates and even then they just couldn't tell me anything more than that my car was up on the hoist, I would expect a more thorough update so I know where everything is at. Everyone was lovely and friendly. So customer service was great, just not happy with the extra charge amount out of no where, especially when I specifically stated I didn't want that to happen without being told first, they assured me it would only be the $800 plus $60-$80 for the oil...
