I ordered some weights from this company through the marketplace on Catch. I was told to expect delays on shipping due to Covid, which is fine. After about two months, I still hadnt received the item. I contacted the shipping company, Hunter Express, who said that XIN sports had never sent the item. I tried to contact XIN, however couldn't reach them and they never responded to emails. I lodged a dispute with Catch, who then made their own attempts to contact XIN. Eventually, Catch refunded my money as XIN never responded to them either. My advice is to steer well clear of this company, its not worth it

All the reviews are true. Wrong products were sent to me twice. 4 months went by of me trying to get the correct products that I ordered sent and they just tell me that they sent everything on the order and then don't respond to me anymore. Has been a long and annoying process dealing with them and it's still not resolved.

I ordered a gym rack 2 months ago! Only received part of the delivery. Hunters express the courier company says they don't have the last box (was supposed to come in a box of 4 we only received 3) told me I should contact seller for a refund as I can't use it but they don't reply to emails or messages at all. So frustrated as I paid $780 and didn't receive the full item. I've now filed a complaint to PayPal waiting for them to complete investigation. Do not shop from this company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONTACT NUMBER. NOTHING!

Worst company ever! Ordered stuff from here ages ago, only gave me a quarter of what I ordered, i didn't hear anything from them, no email no phone call and even better they refused to answer my calls, completely useless, they got monkeys at that factory

Not even worth it 1 start. Very deceptive, they say free postage but when u pay for it u get charged delivery.Not reposnding to calls or msgs. You don't know who to show the damaged parts.Their products are of poor quality damaged here and there.

Do not buy from this company or MyDeal. I ordered a $300 gym set back in early September and havent recieved it. Ive contacted Xinsports and MyDeal and both dont want to take the responsibility for where the gym has dissappeared to. Ive been told by Xinsports that they dont have time to look for my shipment and wont give me my money back unless it turns up back at their warehouse. Absolutely disgusting customer service from both this company and MyDeal, ive sent email after email and tried calling and no response since telling me its not their problem.

dont trust this company, ordered some gym gear off them and it arrived missing bits and when i tried to contact them, they didnt respond to me or wouldnt answer the phone. Disappointed with the service

Unfortunately, this company is a front for criminals and overseas suppliers to dump their inferior products on the Australian market. This company is a scam, they sent me the one product damaged on both occasions and then refused to help fix the problem. I as the customer don't have time to chase up the supplier for their mistakes. This company is a combination of greed and not being professional. Keep my $150 and enjoy all the bad reviews coming your way!

Poor website management. Be aware of the virus as the platform hosted is open for hacker to steal your information. Haven't visit them in person but online experience is surely negative star.

DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to waste your money and not receive your items. I placed an order on August 17 2021, and as at 26/10/2021, have still not received my items.I contacted XIN Sports via email on 20/9/21 to which they have not replied & have tried again today 26/10/21.I have tried to call them numerous times with no answer & have also messaged on Facebook which surprise surprise, no answer.I have now placed a complaint with the ACCC, and will continue to pursue this until I am refunded. I urge anyone else who has faced the same issues to also place a complaint.
