This company is completely incompetent, the Gladstone office is meant to be my job provider, however they do much less than assist me to stay at my current job. I am a chef and they make my phone appointments around lunchtime, then breach me to Centrelink for not answering. This has continued for over 13 months. This is a great example of Government money being completely wasted. The worst job agency out of the 10 i have been with over the years by a long shot!

Messed me around. Didn’t tell me when I had an appointment and didn’t tell me that they weren’t going to ring me for another. Don’t waste your time with them. They do not care for their clients at all.

Gladstone NEATO have been bullying me and they think I will just lay down and take it lol no such luck the way I have been treated is disgusting the manner in which this situation has been handled and the cover up involved is amusing to say the least it boggles the mind how you think you can treat someone this way and get away it in this day and age of social media I have contacted the commonwealth ombudsman and will not stop until the case manager the team leader and the area manager of gladstone NEATO office answer to it

Don't listen dont care. And if u get sacked christel will cut your payment no matter what. Sms messages at 6.30pm saying your payment cut. Never ring when you have a phone appointment. Pull your heads out. Glorified dole pluddgers.
