Actually I had quite a good experience at this shop. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful - made some good suggestions about combinations of shirts and suits. I bought a suit, the trousers of which needed alteration, they arranged this and rang me to advise as soon as it was completed. Plesant staff, a nice suit and four shirts - it was quite a positive experience.

I have bought shirts from this store and at the woden store in the past. Both times, I was allowed to fit everything I bought. Went in there today and while I was choosing new shirts, I was rudely and dismissively told that I could not try on the shirts I had already chosen and keen to buy. Was told to just try the ones on display hanger which didnt have my size.People in these establishments should be trained in courtesy and proper customer service.I went to MJ Bale next door, and although I didnt buy anything due to sizing, I was properly treated like a paying customer.

Went for a wedding party. Very good service during fitting and purchase, tailoring was half done for some, rips in suit jacket for another, wrong size ordered for another. Still haven't got the gear 2 months later

I just wanted to extend a very big thank you to Paul who served my husband and I this morning in the Canberra Centre. He was attentive, professional and picked the perfect outfit for my husband based on a rough wish list.He pulled together colours/ pieces that we wouldn’t have considered and it was the perfect outfit!!! My husband is short with very broad shoulders and has always been so difficult to fit when it comes to suits. Paul gave us the quickest and most efficient service and really knows what will work on different body types. Very pleased after this amazing service

Don't bother with this store. Tried to organise shirts for my wedding and they weren't in stock. They took the details and said they'd call me back. I've chased a few times since and they keep taking my number and saying they'll follow it up and but never call back. After 7 weeks of chasing they've finally said the stock has changed and not possible to get them. Not good service.

Great service. Great comfortable suits. Great prices for the (quite high) quality of suits. I recommend checking them before buying anything elsewhere in the area (I went to a few places and honestly I felt this was in a class of its own).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the two employee’s working at 1.20pm 16/6/23 hasan obnoxiously elevated sense of self-worth, they were poorly behaved, unfriendly and stuck-up. I was simply striking a conversation with two of the workers by asking them a question on their opinions on suits and they just looked at each other and laughed. One of the employees had his head lifted high with his chin jutting forward looking down at me thinking he’s superior. Truly disrespectful, truly disappointed.
