Not sure if crust in general has gone downhill or just this store. Ordered 2 signature pizzas (satay and garlic prawns) and they were so average. The chicken was so dried out and had minimal satay flavour and the garlic prawns tasted meh". I feel like my money could've been better spent elsewhere."

I ordered a plant based pizza from here as I am vegetarian, however the store sent a pizza with real chicken. Only discovered this after I took a bite.The first person I spoke to when I called the store did not seem to care at all and referred me to contact Uber Eats despite it being the stores mistake.If you have dietary or allergy requirements I would not order from here!!

Not recommend to go to this place. The scrolls was ridiculously overcooked. Blackened like charcoal all over. And they just packed them like this and send to customer. I was shocked by how they don't feel it's an issue. They refuse to refund. Only offered to cook another one without any apology. Apparently they don't care about their food quality or customer. Have ordered from them for years but won't go back any more.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and drink on Sunday for lunch at 1230. Initially pick up time was 12.45. When I arrive at stated time. I'm told then it'll take another hour. So I decide to do some shopping nearby and come back at 1.45pm.Unsurprisingly, they said it'll take another 20 minutes as they have just started making the pizza. So again I come back after 20 minutes and it's still not ready. When I asked how much longer at this point, the lady said if I didn't like it I could cancel my ordet. What absolutely appalling service.Starving at this point I decide to wait it out as my order was now in the oven". Didn't end up getting my food until 2.20pm

Was looking for a different pizza to the mass produced big brands. Found Crust Pizza Willoughby. Pizza's were amazing! So full of flavour, with a fabulous crust. Even tasty cold the next day. Ordered 3 different pizzas and they were delicious, Crust supreme takes the cake for me. Got scrolls in a bundle which were toothsome. Pasta was tasty but I think it will had more flavour the next day. Very happy.

Tried Vietnamese chilli chicken. One of the best pizza ever. Perfect flavour. The staffs were super nice and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Extremely disappointing meal. Had to throw it away. Order the scrolls. They had no filling and were completely overcooked and inedible. The magherita pizza, was absolutely poor… It tasted like a frozen pizza. In truth, I genuinely have had better frozen pizza’s. The garlic bread was standard.

Pathetic, unprofessional & disappointing. Charged us for extras they did not deliver…ripped us off. Didn’t rectify after we notified them. Delivery took 1.5hrs to arrive, pizza was cold. Phoned to follow up, staff totally clueless where order was at, kept hanging up phone on us. So many better places to buy pizza in Syd, never again.

Unfortunately I usually get food from lane cove which doesn’t open until 530But we were hungry and celebratingIt was not fresh and it was not goodEven my child couldn’t eat the chipsSimply chipsHope if it’s closer to you it’s less expensive and rashes betterCrust is usually our always go to
