I have been going to this service since moving back to Adelaide at the end of 2018 and have had no issues at all. Today I had a different experience. I had dropped in earlier in the week to make a booking for myself and my mum for 11:00am Saturday for 2 SNS services. We arrived just before 11 for our appointment, and the tables were all busy. We were asked to wait and seated at about 11:05. After a couple more minutes, our nails were then filed and remover put on and we were left told it would be a few minutes. About 45-50 minutes later someone came to begin my nails and I asked if someone was coming to do my mum's as we had an 11:00 appointment. The very friendly girl who did my nails asked the owner who was doing someone else (who came after us with no appointment) and said that was coming. About 5 minutes later he came, by this stage we had been there for almost an hour, and the remover on our nails was all dry. When talking to the owner about how if we have an appointment should have priority as have an appointment, he put it back on us saying when you come always busy, and saying that can't turn people away, even when you know you have people coming in for an appointment. By the time our nails were finished it was almost 2 hours (normally we are done in 45 minutes at the most). We were then still charged full price and only an apology but still nothing about waiting or not doing ours even though appointment and serving people who came after with no appointment.I would like to thank the girl who did my nails who was very understanding of the situation and very friendly.As said, we have had no problems until now, always leaving very happy, but we were extremely disappointed as we left today.** UPDATE ** Since this review they have been better so hopefully it will continue. Fingers crossed

During free time between dropping a family member at the airport and an appointment in the city on Thurs 17th December I walked in and asked for shellac nails. I had chipped shellac on already which needed to be removed. The colour I chose did not match the one put on my nails as it didn't appear opaque on the sample. While I didn't mind that it turned out opaque, I did mind that it was rushed (even though it was not busy at the time) to the point the colour is uneven when compared with my other nails and on one of the nails is a hair which was painted in. I did have 2 nails shorter than the rest but i asked the other nails be left long and those two left short. The shape I asked for was oval on the long nails, and as you can see in the pictures none of the shapes on the longer nails match. For the $27 it cost, I could have done a better job at home, so unfortunately I cannot recommend going to this salon.

The worst experience ever. The staff is totally having attitude issues to start with. When she removed my previous shellac, it hurt AF… The LED light they were using was like picked up from the trash bin. It was so dirty and not hygienic at all. I am serious, every time I put my hands into the LeD light, it hurt due to her ridiculous unprofessional skills. The worst part is the shellac is not even on my thumb. I will never ever go back.
