Royston Property had been my property manager for 5+ years until recently when I relocated interstate from Melbourne to Sydney. I don't often write reviews but Royston Property are and have been an absolute delight to deal with, and are leading in this industry.Having had to go through my relocation process and deal with a number of different agencies, this proved my opinion to be even more true. Whenever I had an issue (very rare that I did) or a question, Toni and her team were always there. I was never made to feel like I was a hassle and no problem was too big or too small. To put it in perspective, I've moved to a ground floor apartment in Sydney that has a cockroach problem and I've called my new agency three times, left 2 voicemails and an email and I've still got no response. It's been 5 days. This would not have happened with Royston Property.Professionally and personally, Toni and her team always have the best interests of their clients at heart, and that was abundantly clear throughout my 5 years of interactions.Not only did I leave Melbourne and my apartment there kicking and screaming, but I also left kicking and screaming knowing I wouldn't be able to deal with Toni and her team in Sydney. They set the bar in Real Estate extremely high and their standards are second to none. My move to Sydney is not permanent and when I come back to Melbourne, I will continue my relationship with Royston Property when searching for my next home. Dealing with anyone else is not an option I am willing to explore.

We have been with Royston Property for 5 years. Toni and her staff managed the rental of our investment property, and more recently the sale. Royston Property always provide great service, they were responsive, looked after our rental and the tenants and were always professional. They made sure it was leased promptly, vetted tenants well and always kept us updated. We decided to sell our rental during the covid pandemic which would be a challenge for anyone. Toni was no stress and no fuss and got the job done. She successfully sold our property in a very short time frame, gave advice on staging and price point. We followed that advice and put our trust in her. She delivered with a short settlement and unconditional sale. We could not have been more pleased with the result. Also thanks to Ali for all her help and Campbell who we were dealing with for the first few years.We recommend Royston for any property management or sales services and would like to use them in future when the time comes.

I just sold my waterside Docklands apartment through Royston Real Estate. I worked with Toni during the whole process and I found her knowledge of the local market impressive, only surpassed by her commitment to detail, transparent communication and integrity.
