Great club and once the track is upgraded it will be a great venue to train at. Upgrade due this fin year

George Knott Reserve
George Knott Reserve is the centre for athletics in the City of Yarra and is used by hundreds of people each week for training and competition. The venue is the home of Collingwood Little Athletics, Collingwood Harriers, and Collingwood Masters group, and in addition is used for a diverse range of activities such as soccer and frisbee. Coaching is available in all athletics disciplines. The running track reopened in October 2018 after reconstruction. The venue caters to all ages and abilities and is wheelchair accessible.

Really liked the running track even though I just walked it a few times. Great location and good car park. Bit of off track construction underway at Dec18.

Love this reserve and used to come here quite a bit for training. Nicely located on the Merri Creek.This is the centre for many athletes in the area and quite a few athletic clubs use it as well.I've come here and found a few personal trainers using the place for their own groups. Interestingly enough, I was told they needed a permit to use the facility. Nanny state!Other facilities are toilets, playground, soccer field, drinking fountain, good parking. a shelter and toilets.Dogs are not permitted inside the fenced athletics area.Wheelchair friendly.

It's a tight running track sitting between Meri Creek and Heidelberg road which makes bend running a challenge at full tiltNewly resurfacedAnd smartly maintained with a good grassy middle it is open to the public when not booked by clubs and schools

Our local athletics ground. There's handicapped parking. It's a lovely scenic spot.
