Being.Elemental

We have been using a private tutor, Kathleen, at Being.Elemental now for the last 8 months.Our daughter is high school age (13), and has always struggled with being motivated or interested in the ' normal' going to school thing. Kathleen took the time to find out what our daughters interests were and developed a learning field around that. Miss 13 now looks forward to learning and being able to express herself without feelings of anguish or feeling a failure.Kathleen is always available to talk to us as parents to make sure that we are happy with our daughters progress.We highly recommend Kathleen at Being.Elemental

Kat is the type of tutor who encourages, supports and nurtures her students. She has the unique ability to really connect with her students, read their moods and adapt her lessons accordingly.Our son has begun to excel in areas where he has previously struggled and now enjoys learning because he is understanding what is being taught in the classroom. He no longer feels hopeless and confused and looks forward to his assessments and lessons. Kat continues to support our son weekly in literacy and has identified through assessments, key areas where focus is required.Kat is an energetic person but also has a sense of calm about her. She is always smiling and always willing to accomodate where possible our ever changing schedules.I’m not sure where our son we would today without her. She has been a real asset to our family!
