The staff and doctors at Bupa Dental are incredibly welcoming, and they made the whole experience nice. If you want great service and to not just be treated like a number, I highly recommend Bupa Morphett Vale. Also, Dr PK is a fantastic dentist

I have never experienced such an awful admin team before. We have had appointments cancelled without us cancelling them, and then rebooked but then 'disappearing' without any idea why. Rude. Obnoxious. Very sad, because they had one good dentist there.Absolutely insane!

My mum and I needed to take my grandma in for an pressing procedure, which was tricky in more ways than one due to her advanced Alzheimer’s. Dr Nardine and her assistant were fantastic, extremely patient, kind and thoughtful in their care. We are so extremely grateful to them for their treatment today, and would highly recommend this team!

Everytime I visit this dental surgery I have an amazing experience, everyone is so friendly. Today was that bit more amazing Sandra was so lovely on the phone and helped me get an appointment with someone on the day, I am so truly grateful for her genuine care and effort!

the way i was treated from the moment i walked into the praxis starting with receptionist most friendly and helpful and it continued over to the dentist who took the most care in explaining the whole procedure and upcoming treatments. i am most happy and looking forward going back as i feel well looked after. thank you

I had an appointment to get my retainer fixed, the doctor was 40 minutes late. He then tells me he doesn’t have time to fix my retainer as he’ll need a full hour. I had to make another appointment. I took the day off work to attend this appointment, so this was quite frustrating.I then finished work early to attend the next appointment. A different doctor completed this service within 20 minutes..

The practice recommend having a hygiene clean every six months. For the last 2 years they can only offer 12 monthly hygiene appointments… Something is going terribly wrong at this practice, deteriorated in service. Soon they will have no patients due to terrible service. Very disappointed with the direction this once great dentist is going. Long term patient
