We purchased an air conditioner from Good Guys and paid $700 for installation. Ralcron came out to install it and we were told by them that we would need to pay an extra $500. This was all sounding a little suspect so we declined and found another company who did the job with no problems and no extra costs. I think they were trying to pull the wool over my elderly parents eyes and try and get an extra $500 out of them. They should be ashamed. We tried to follow this up with them but they avoided all our calls and questions.

Ralcron are a highly professional team who knew their trade and made some excellent recommendations about the best equipment for our house. The installation team arrived on time and worked hard all day to finish exactly on time. Highly recommended.
