We took our 8 year old Bushtracker to East Coast for a major facelift earlier this year.From the first meeting where we discussed our wants and expectations we found Denis, Michael and the team to be easy to work with and renarkabky helpful. They listened and made a point of understanding what we wanted.What we were asking for involved a lot of changes to our van but there wasn't one thing that presented a problem to them.This is a group of people who have absolute pride in their work and really focus on the customer experience.When they handed the van over at the end of the project it looked like a new van and we get many looks of disbelief from other vanners when we tell them how old it is.Having used other RV repair shops in Brisbane and Gold Coast I won't go anywhere else.Thanks heaps to the team and we will see you for our next service.

I recently had my Swift caravan repaired at East Coast RV. I had a gash down the off side which went through to the inside.The guys at East Coast RV provided an excellent quality repair which was further enhanced by their professional approach and friendly service. They managed to source decals and other parts directly from the UK and kept me appraised of progress at regular intervals. Unlike some advertised repairers they have the proper equipment, including a full size spray booth for high quality finishing.I highly recommend them for any caravan or RV repairs.

We recently had some warranty repairs carried out on our Jayco van. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from the team there. We are totally new to caravaning and have spent the last three months trying to get our van on the road. The team at East Coast not only fixed our van but treated us with respect and were happy to answer our many questions. A big thank you to Daniel who went above and beyond to help us attach distribution bars and even passed on some tips when hooking up the van. Denis and Michael were always professional, polite and looked after us very well. I would gladly recommend this company and would happily use them in the future if the need arose.
