Gordon Country

I have been to Gordons Country 5 times and each time is better than the last! I love this place its absolutely breath taking, a much recommended for anyone looking for a great camping spot!!

Loved it!!! Stayed in a group late June 2020 - Mix of caravans, camper trailers and tents. Although we dressed appropriately, glad for the abundance of FREE firewood as it was during the Arctic Freeze with minus 0 temps. Loved the horses and Shetland pony roaming through our camp each day although one (with 3 socks) bucked at the pony. As self contained had no need to check amenities. Take gum boots for the kids to explore the creek.

Great 4wd'ing, good camping spots, clean amenities, some extreme tracks due to how steep they are... Lots of fun...

Beautiful! Great amenities. Bush walking, swimming 4x4 tracks, camping. Just a little bit on the expensive side but if you want good showers and toilets you pay the extra

This place is a great little getaway from the city life - you can collect firewoods on site or bring your own. Dog friendly.They have 4WD tracks, there are spots that is good for a group of people and part of the site that’s for individual campers(ideal for when you want peace and quiet at night), make sure you bring a few layers of clothes as it gets real cold when the sun sets until around 9am the next day(especially in winter). You can bring your mountain bikes here too as it is connected to the National Park.Lots of Friendly cows around and different birds. Looking forward to come back!
