Vaccaro was the original air-conditioning installer of my home. With the help of Sonya and her team, the issues of my air-conditioning systems were fixed in no time. Sonya and all the technicians attending my home were polite, patient and customer-focused.Vaccaro was also the original electrical installer of my home. Their workmanship and materials were of excellent quality. They were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly whenever I asked for help. My special regards to Cameron for responding to my after-sales requests promptly and Robert for helping me resolve some technical issues and enhancing my understanding of the wiring system design.

An exceptional job from Vaccaro Group on the installation of my 14-outlet ducted Daikin air conditioning. The job was a mammoth task but the team from Vaccaro were determined to finish the installation in the one day as promised. The guys even cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished, which is unheard off these days from tradesmen. Their quote was very competitive when compared to the 2 quotes I received from other Daikin air conditioning installers. Also, very informative and professional in selected the most cost effective and energy saving air conditioning unit. I thoroughly recommend Vaccaro Group to supply and install new air conditioning and give them 5 stars for their excellent service.

I am more than happy to give 5 ***** to Vaccaro group which involved decommissioning of Old Air Conditioners installed 20 years back and installing a new Daikin Outdoor Unit 10KW with 5 Indoor Units. Richard who initially visited my home at Bankstown 2200 and gave a quote which was revised several times based on my requested changes and after confirming a price which I compared with other 2 quotes, gave them go ahead to install on 28/10/2021. At the appointed time Dean/AC Technician, Murray/Electrician and Adrian/AC Apprentice, would like to add the most friendly Trade person you will come across, arrived at scheduled time of 8 am and after preliminary inspection, commenced work. It was a big job and took non stop 7 hours of work, I recommend any one planning to get major AC Installation should look no further and get a quote from Vaccaro Group. It was a big team work where every one pitched in just like a family.

The Vaccaro Group are a fantastic company that made you feel you were at the centre of decision-making.They took the time to explore alternative produce ranges and answer my many questions. I now better understand our home layout, electrical needs, and enhancements that would complement our building design.Extremely professional, understood their product line, and upgrade requests were done with a value add approach. We ended up having a really enjoyable meeting where we laughed a lot. Building our first home and Vaccaro Group is the supplier for all our electrical in the home. First contact was Janae by phone and email and she was great to book in an appointment and organise our meter installation.Elyse was our consultant during our 3hr appointment at their studio and she was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding, we managed to stay on budget and get everything we wanted for our home.Finally I believe it was May in payment to get the payment processed for the electrical meter install. She was very polite and it was done with no fuss.Highly recommend them for all your Electrical install needs, they supply quality brands for a competitive price and great service.
