nice clothes, this store is closing down so everything is dirt cheap... I got nice leather boots marked down from $130 to $50- got home and realised I should of got size 10 not 11 so went back and exchanged them no problem. great helpfull staff

Seriously!!! I cannot deal with the state of the fitting rooms. Door locks are either broken/misaligned. The floors are so dusty and the roof... well its deteorating. Overall, the general maintenance of a store should be up to a standard. This isn't up to the standard.

I arrived at 15.58 from rockingham to visit. The store trading hours confirm 16:30 close. I wasn't let in as closing time was 16:00. They would not even answer the phone hence why I had visited

Every time we come here the staff rush us out the store an hour before close, but refuse to update their hours online. It’s very frustrating to drive half an hour there for nothing, so we won’t shop there anymore. If you shut at 4, change your hours online!

Good selection - get hasseled by the shoppers... I find people follow me around and ask me questions as if I'm the attendant - the shoppers are annoying...unpleasant place to shop...

Only giving 1 star due to extremely poor service, I was prepared to spend more money but even when I had to look for someone to help me she was very hesitant, I don't know if it's always like this or if they were extremely short staffed especially when they had a sale on? And the changerooms had weird type very distorted looking mirrors so you had to walk outside of the changeroom to see what you look like which could be very embarrassing for some people, they should put proper mirrors in there & a little fan as it was very hot with no ventilation!! I made some purchases & couldn't wait to get out!

There's always something on special here in terms of both clothes and shoes. If you're flexible with what you want, you can (in my experience) usually find an option on special that does not look like it came out of a bargain bin. The flip side is that sometimes if you're after something very specific, you have to go full price. Even then, they are often a lot cheaper than brands whose products seem to receive a lot less care.
