Best dentist I have ever been to. Great quality of service and friendly staff!!

BrooksideDental is excellent!I needed to get an appointment on the day for a general dental checkup so that I could get 1,000 points for AIA Vitality and get to Platinum status.Nicky (Practice Manager) was very accommodating and Dr Emily Shorten was very thorough.They had a machine that measures the density of a tooth, which I have never seen at three other dental practices that I have visited.I am very impressed!.... and because I'm with a Private Health Insurer that they have an arrangement with, there was no gap for a comprehensive oral examination and two x-rays - I saw a few Private Health Insurers' logos that BrooksideDental work with and presumably their members too will not have gaps for similar procedures.

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist - until now! I usually see Emily and she is very competent and genuinely caring: perfect for a nervous patient like me. The friendly support staff are also excellent and make Brookside Dental a pleasant place to visit.

Solid Dentist. Been going here for years.. Neil is super chilled and almost has the godfather voice ..either that or he's still continuing the vibe from Woodstock! ;)

Doctor make for hurt tooth out. Feel much better.

Dentist Was Knowledgable and good at what she did but bed side manner was lacking,Just judgment comments when you would say you could still feel some pain etc... almost like she was doubting it or didn’t believe it.Said to me as I was leaving that she had cut herself during the appointment and put right and bluntly asked me if I had HIV, fair enough but again could have been done in a nicer approach,Again nothing wrong with her skills or knowledge just the bed side manner was a little off, no one likes the dentist but from someone with a bigger fear, a dentist with a more warming caring approach to dental health would have made the whole experience easier.

The staff here are so welcoming and kind. I could not recommend Dr Neil and Dr Emily enough. My partner saw Dr Emily and she was just amazing. I saw Dr Neil five stars. We will never go anywhere else again. Thank you.

I did not have a good experience with the dentist here. In my opinion, she was just out to charge me the most she possibly could.

My kids and i saw Dr Emily. What a good dentist. She was very caring and knowledgeable. Staff were friendly. I'd reccomend.
