I've ordered Black Tac on two separate occasions. There were problems with the 1st order being sent in December. Again this time in June almost identical problem. Ordered 16 June parcel never arrived. Phoned on 28 June to find out again it hadn't been sent. Also a lot of confusion for them finding order details. Hopefully they're on the ball with a refund. Very disappointing I suspect they're a small somewhat unorganized business. Or maybe they concentrate on their orders off Amazon rather than direct off their website.Won't be ordering here again.

Stanmart Film Services were fantastic! A last minute call on a Friday afternoon and my racks were delivered within a couple of hours! Exceptional service and delivery to the 2nd Floor was executed by two of their lovely delivery drivers without any issues. Highly recommended
