Having been here I now understand the low rating. There were 2 people ahead of me waiting for prescriptions and despite there being at least half a dozen staff in this small shopfront, it still took a good 15 minutes. They also held onto my Medicare card while they were preparing my medication after the lady behind the counter had already taken my Medicare details down, which I thought was a bit odd. They also charged $15.20 for the same medication I get from other chemists for $5-6! That’s almost 3x markup. This is my first and last visit to this chemist, despite it being the closest chemist from home. It's a shame that customers including myself are getting ripped off in these uncertain times.

Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude and had the audacity to lie to my face. I needed a statutory declaration signed, the tech told me I needed a JP, I informed her I didn't and a Pharmacist was fine. She then proceeded to tell they wouldn't do it due to covid restrictions, which was a blatant lie. I work in a pharmacy and am aware that is not the case. She also proceeded to argue with me after the fact and then I called into another pharmacy who had no problem signing it. What an absolute joke.

One of the workers was rly rude and wouldn't let me pay $3 on card? Literally who carries cash around with them these days lol. Ended up not getting anything bc only have card. Maybe if u don't want people to pay with cash when its a low amount put up a sign saying an eftpos minimum :)

This has been my local Chemist for more than 4 years and they have always provided excellent service. The prices is on par with any other chemist and there are usually quite a few good specials on.

I’ve come to this chemist multiple times and only once have I bought something. Every other time I’ve visited they either didn’t have what I was looking for, out of stock or the staff didn’t know what I was talking about. My last visit was especially disappointing as I walked in and one employee was standing in the back, in silence. I wasn’t welcomed or greeted, I asked if she did the 2022 flu vaccine, she shook her head indicating ‘no’, I asked if she told something else and again she just shook her head. She then told me to go elsewhere to seek what I was needing - just disappointing. These guys never have what I’m looking for

I would like to let you know that this pharmacy needs to educate its staff in customer service. I was there today and the older lady who was serving was appalling. I have been in the service (hospitality) industry all my working life and today was one of the worst examples of lack of service I’ve experienced!Shall not be back.

Absolute worst chemist I've ever been to. Don't bother going here.Been a few times and they are without fail everytime extremely rude. Made me wait almost an hour for antibiotics. I came here for meds I get elsewhere usually and they were over double the price. The older lady today refused to give me the correct size item that I needed and insisted that she knew better of how the fit was. The item ended up being super expensive for what it was. Shocking place would give 0 stars if I could.

Have been attending for many years. Michael has always been very helpful and often very generous with his time. Sometimes when it gets very busy, it can mean a slightly longer wait, but you know your questions will be answered! Prices are reasonable too (for those who wonder).
