Not really happy At All with the service, we went in the couples room which felt quite dirty, the beds were uncomfortable gave us both a neck ache.Very expensive when we used to get an hour full body for $50 at A store in Victoria ..Rens cost $70 each and they only do one side of the body and don't include face/head. Massage felt very rushed, not much care put into it, we were wanting another one by that night.We were offered a lavender oil but neither of us recall smelling anything.Won't be returning that's for sure...Today I am left feeling very sore.

Wow very clean and tidy. COVID rules followed. Cashless payment available, as well as health fund accredited. Parking at the door.The ladies here have amazing talents for taking away the pain and making you feel refreshed. Background music gives a relaxing atmosphere to. Booking was fast and waiting time minimal. Overall I will be back.

I was having trouble with pain in my shoulder and am only visiting Gladstone. I googled massage clinics and, being Saturday, thought I'd be out of luck. But, I was given an appointment. It was wonderful and I had at least 60% improvement walking out of there. 4 hours later I was pain free and had all movement back again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Never disappoints. Wonderful, caring staff who do an amazing job. I have been going now for nearly 4 years and my back and hips have never felt better. Thanks to all the team at Rens!

The massage was extremely relaxing as the therapist targeted the smaller muscles and ligaments in the areas that needed work. I felt at ease and comfortable. My only critique was I wish there was a rolled up towel under my feet. the experience was a delight, i will be returning my business.

First time at rens and I definitely will return ! Min was fantastic she gave me the perfect pressure and the perfect experience she asked me where I was sore and really focused on those areas ! I may have drooled a little I was in heaven ! I can't wait for my next massage I could have stayed there for hours !
