Says no fee upfront. I had to pay even though I was getting a refund. Had it prepared 3 days ago, still hasn't been processed. I should've just done it on myGov, they estimated an extra $300 return. Don't think I'll be going back next year.

Waited for a phone call too finalise my tax return and haven't received one yet. Went into office wait 30 minutes too talk with agent and it was like I'm a ghost. Remember not to come here again next year.

Terrible and rude service...I decided to pay more with someone else rather than been treated as an idiot just because I asked for simple informations. I can completely understand why people prefer downloading an app for a tax refund.

Went to Ballina H&R Block again for my latest individual Tax Return. Once again found Heather to be very pleasant to deal with. She is very efficient and thorough to ensure I can get my maximum possible return. Will definately continue to use the services of H&R Block Ballina in tbe future.

I have been to H&R Block for the last two years to do my Tax Return. They had details of my previous return from last year which made it very easy as I only had to bring any new expenditure. Things I would have forgotten like how much I could claim for washing my uniforms and internet usage. I was very happy with the amount I got back from my tax and the fee I had to pay was minimal in contrast to this. The accountant explained various things to me clearly so I was able to understand what I could claim.
