Very positive experience. Staff were friendly and stayed open longer on the day rather than rushing people to leave. Came home with our beautiful boy.

I visited this place to adopt some guinea pigs. It looks pretty run down. The website showed many guinea pigs available, however there were none there. All of the animals were ridiculously priced, it is a shame that people can be discouraged to help a pet in need by the fact that it is priced over the amount that a pet shop charges.

Wonderful caring staff, accommodating and professional and love of animals and their welfare is most obvious. Other vet practices are revenue driven with love of animals a bit lower down on their priorities.

We had our beloved family dog put down here and our experience was horrible, the vet was very uncaring and didn’t even talk us through the process.. they even overcharged us when we were given a quote. An already horrible day of losing our pup was made even worse by the staff here

My cat was hit by a car and she went missing for 24 hours after looking for her tirelessly she finally came home badly injured so I called this vet and told them of the emergency they told me the could see us the following day at 5pm I'm so discussed in your uncaringness for your patients as you are her vet clinic but not anymore disgusting

The vets are great but there is one woman who answers the phones who treats everyone in a condescending manner. She is extremely rude and has this attitude that all the people she deals with know very little or care very little about their pets.I booked and paid for my cat to be speyed, to be informed rudely that if it had fleas or worms they would need to be treated first. I regularly treat my animals but mentioned that they were done with a vet product two weeks ago and still seemed to have a few. The response was disbelieving and rude.In fact I would suggest most pet owners support the service as I do but also think normal vets charge unrealistically for their services and care about profits before animals!They may provide non-profit service but she is enough to prevent people getting they’re animals desexed there!Get rid of her or stop her answering the phones. She probably cares for animals but not people!
