Great job by the Dial A Tow Team.Michael (Truck 383) got to us out in the country in good time after our Landcruiser had a brake issue.Towed it back and left a note in car to say that he had arranged to have the brake fluid washed off of the wheel, tyre and suspension. Excellent service with a great customer service attitude! Thanks Michael.

The driver Kyle worked hard to get my car on the truck as it was in an awkward spot. It was raining and the ground was wet. He was wet through. Not an easy job ! Thank you very much

My car was in their holding yard due to a rear ending that occurred. I informed them on Friday (03/02) I was coming Tuesday morning (06/02) to collect my personal belongings and license plates. They called today (05/02) to falsely inform me that my insurer had given authority for the car to leave and it had already been taken away. I rang my insurer who confirmed they did not give authority as settlement had not been decided yet. My car should still be there and I now have to find where my car is to get my belongings! Not happy with this service at all, do not use this company!!Update: called to chat to a manager about this experience was promised a call back, 2 weeks later still nothing!

Extremely rude staff. The driver I spoke with was so rude to me while I am obviously stressed out - why else would I need my car towed? I work full time and have no family to sign, nor was it communicated to me that I need someone present to sign for it to be taken away. He did not talk to me like another human being and when I called the company they weren't as rude - still rude though. Not helpful, not caring, no customer service, nothing. If you have a choice I would not recommend using this company. They have no people skills whatsoever.

After having my car wheel studs sheer off just south of Coober Pedy, I needed a long distance tow on a tilt truck. The RAA put me in touch with Bec and the team at Dial a Tow via satellite phone. She organised for a DAT truck to be despatched from Port Augusta on the five hour drive to the breakdown.Driver Mandeep is the other hero in this story. He took great care in hauling my heavy vehicle up on his tilt tray, and coupling my trailer.His attention to safely securing the load was most commendable, before driving the 5.5 hours back to Port Augusta, arriving just before midnight.John has a great business with incredibly dedicated staff.Highly recommended.

Great communication, daily update via SMS, quick hassle free service. Helmut the champion even backed the caravan all the way down the drive for me!

Gotta Say their service and systems are very average, after 17 Days of having my car coming back from Coober pedy (after I dropped it to their depot there) it still hasn't arrived in Adelaide, and after ringing and they assured me it would be delivered today 14 April, but calling them again today, they can't even tell me where it is now....so much for promised 7 day delivery...disappointing to say the least.

RAA could only book a time in the afternoon but driver Kyle was able to be there within 1 hour of booking.Freed up the rest of my day. Was fast and efficient.
