Just a brilliant service and sales experience from Tom W and Nick. My son is so happy with his new little Yamaha guitar. When there was a problem it was replaced no hassles. I was worried about buying interstate but I will go back again and again.

The place is great, however I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Tom. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I do not think that justifies being dismissive and rude to paying customers.Like I said, the place in itself is fantastic and the products they sell are amazing, it was just the service that let me down a bit. Hope he's having better days

Awesome array of gear and some helpful and friendly team members. Need to get up to speed and stock lap guitars and more stuff for three string. Other than that we had a ball visiting today and looking at all the cool stuff.

Just want to let you know that my piano arrived this morning, ordered Friday and arrived in Tamworth Tuesday. I couldn't ask for better service. The stand went together well and we are now going through all the functions, so exciting. I am blown away by the quality for the excellent price. no problem with delivery or the product. I bought a Gliga 2 here, just great no hassle products at easily the best price I could find, beautiful instrument, really cool case too actually, can't fault this place, will definitely be shopping here again
