Worst Place to go!!! Installed a car alarm for $1000, kept becoming faulty and the alarm would go off on its own, even when driving!!! Took it back, paid $$ to get a new alarm box (apparent water damage????) broke down a year later....said water damage again...when I didn't wash my car because of last time (and I have a new car)....Said was going to get it sorted, never did and was very rude and didn't care......ended up with the alarm box going off while at a friends house...Luckily he was an electrician and was able to remove it from my car....and we had to open the box and cut the leads so the thing would stop sounding. Got someone to look at it and reinstall an alarm box in the car.....They said the original installation was messy, and they added an extra ground to the new alarm box.....no problems to this day. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!! Nice when you buy, horrible when something goes wrong.

Went to Hektik with a problem with installation performed by someone else. I was warmly welcomed and following very prompt assessment of the problem was provided with excellent advice re rectification options. Can only highly commend and recommend this company to anyone needing advice or assistance with auto electrical matters.

I’m a newbie at dash cams, so needed to work out the whole game from scratch – types, options, brands, & who to get to fit it.Emma & others at Hektik weren’t the only contributors to my up-skilling but were very influential. Their advice was competent & sound, & I ultimately took their advice on which gear to buy. They also were helpful & nice to deal with, despite my taking more of their time than usual to be dealt with.They fitted the 2 channel BlackVue DR900X well – no mess, it all works correctly, & they’re bedding in my understanding about how to use it. I’m totally happy with the result.

The team are very professional, and trustworthy, demonstrating excellent insight into the complexities of car audio, and aftermarket vehicle modification. I would most highly recommend consulting Hektik before modifying your vehicle or upgrading your vehicle audio, as their knowledge and selection of products on hand will likely save you time and money.

Great service and work from Ray and the guys here. Had a TechSafe rear seat installed in my VW T5. Ray and his team did everything to make sure I was going to be happy with the seat, from the fabric choices to the exact location of the seat. The main thing was nothing felt like a chore for these guys, great customer service every single step of the way. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this business to go elsewhere when it comes to car stereo issues, Ray diagnosed my issue being the amp paid $150 I'm sure he didn't even do a proper diagnostic test, wanted me to buy new speakers with amp. I was lucky enough to get a second opinion and to my surprise it was factory deck that was the issue. I could have lost over $800 on top of $150 I lost. Changed the deck myself working perfectly now.
