Our 17 year old hot water service decided to pack it in! We contacted Seascape Plumbing and within the hour Luke arrived to our home. After being informed that we sadly need a new one, Luke sorted the best option (based on what we requested), sorted the electrician and indicated he would come back at 8am the following day. 8am arrived, as did the entire team to install the new hot water service. Wow! Seascape Plumbing was not only prompt, but extremely professional. Will definitely use them again in the future, also highly recommend.

Seascape plumbing were very prompt in replying to our request for service. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work with efficiency. I found all the staff courteous and reliable. We are currently doing a kitchen makeover and after installation of the island bench the waste water pipe under the kicker needed to be moved while the installers went to pick up the bulkhead. I called Seascape and they had a plumber over in 15min. I was impressed and so we're the chippies when they came back to say the least, they couldn't believe it. They said that in all their years of work, they had never seen a response so prompt. We've had the boys out a couple of times and will be calling them soon for reconnection. The pricing is reasonable.

After a challenging morning, I accidentally reversed over my water meter and it immediately started leaking. Laura answered within two rings was calm and amazing on the phone and Luke was out in less than 20mins and had the problem sorted in around the same time. For something that was stressful to me, Luke had everything sorted within the hour, was understanding and made me feel much better immediately. I couldn’t recommend their service and skills more.

Amazing service provided. Had a blockage and water was backing up everywhere. Called Seascape (on the advice of another plumber) and explained the issue. They arrived at my house within 25 minutes. Can't fault them, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent prompt service. Rang at 11.30am on a Friday with a hot water problem. New unit installed and plumbed in by 3.30pm. Didn't even miss a shower!!!! Friendly, helpful, compassionate service. Definately highly recommend! Thanks Luke and the team. Lifesavers!!!!

I really didn't expect to get someone available so quickly!!! Luke responded same day to my request to service and repair our slow flowing/poor water pressure shower that drives me crazy...! I asked a local property manager who they would recommend in the area and the gave me Luke's contact. 2 days later, the shower works like a dream☺️Only regret was I didn't contact Luke sooner!! I've been putting up with this shower issue for months.Such an easy person to deal with, fast and prompt service and cost less than I expected. Thank so much.. highly recommend for any maintenance works.

Good Old Fashion service still exists! After 3 days of getting nowhere (only a $400 bill) with another company I contacted Luke at Seascape Plumbing. What a pleasure it was to have Luke turn up with one of his team and replace our hot water service and at a competitive price. They were at our door within an hour of my call. Called Seascape Plumbing to ask to fix my tap as he was recommended by my aircon installer. He was very helpful and accommodating, telling me what needs to be done and giving very reasonable quote.Unfortunately, we were just outside his service area and he couldn't come out, but he kindly gave us contact details of another plumber who was able to help.
