Bought a dress mannequin, ordering it on a Sunday afternoon. The product arrived on my doorstep in Canberra on Tuesday. Unfortunately, due to Neanderthal delivery people, the base was broken. Rung Greig, who sent a replacement base out immediately via a different courier, which arrived Thursday!! Cannot fault this company for its goods or its exceptional service. First class! Thanks Grieg for providing such good service, you are a credit to your company!

I ordered and received a Sewing Cutting Mat which was the best option online for me. The Mat is great but was unfortunately damaged in transit. J K Trading were awesome as it was no trouble for them to ship me a replacement Mat which arrived within 2 days. Thank you for great service and attention.

I purchased the women’s dress form for dressmaking, and it is perfect. The quality is lovely, even better than I expected. It looks professional, and is obviously hand finished to an excellent standard.I called to check availability, and was able to collect the dress from from their office the same day using my small car, rather than deal with postage. It was straightforward to put together, with the wheels, base, pole and form all slotting together.The price and service were both fabulous, and I would not hesitate to shop with J K Trading again.

My purchase of the the male mannequin is excellent. When I ordered the product online the website was down, Kevin sorted this out so I was still able to proceed with the order. The couriers mucked up the deliver,Kevin and Greig were really prompt to resolve this and my product arrived in 3 day. I am really happy with their excellent service.
