I was here on the 30th Jan (Today) at 10:00am for a blood test and there was only one girl there (I’m pretty sure was new) was super incompetent and was blaming my stress and anxiety for the blood not coming out, isn’t it normal for people to feel overwhelmed when they get a blood test?She attempted twice on each arm and couldn’t get my blood out, she then said “Sorry but I’ve had this issue a few times today and the last few days with patients but, your blood isn’t coming out due to your stress and anxiety and I can’t do more than 2 attempts, try another clinic today if you can”.I’ve never had a problem at this pathologist clinic but if I get this girl again, I’ll be asking for someone else or walking out and going to Dorevitch in Mernda.. they had no issues with getting my blood out the exact same day.I’m purely posting this review just for the pathologist to gain further knowledge in her field and to learn from this experience cause I’ve never had a problem with blood draws.I hope she means well but this can’t be good if this happens to lots of patients.

We use regularly, found them good sometimes a wait but when doubt you have to wait. Most places.

The drawing of blood was hardly painful at all.The nurse was very professional.

Waited over an HOUR for a standard blood test. Got there at 8.50am. Not the first time ive had a lengthy wait there plus they charge you instead of billing it all to medicare.
