Would highly recommend this Company, they were very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to help make our dream kitchen come true. Finally finished our kitchen (mid April 2019), ordered the kitchen in early December 2018. We ordered the kitchen and were aware of the expected wait times. Waited 11 weeks for the kitchen (including the Christmas period) however once it was installed a few panels didn't fit so they had to be taken away, this took another few weeks before they were returned. We then realised the draw next to the oven which was meant to be shorter wasn't so we had to get the draw fixed. This again took another few weeks to complete. Really bad communication, you don't get advised where things are at and I had to constantly call to follow up.Now that our kitchen is in and finished I love it! Great quality, great price but just frustrating to get to this point.

Rang and spoke to the girl on reception who was very nice, explained i had a large job that i wanted a quote on, she said to email the drawings thru and one of the sales team would contact me to discuss, that was 2 weeks ago! I have since had 2 quotes from other cabinet makers. If it takes that long just to get a quote for a 40k job, forget it!

Could not be happier with my kitchen, these guys are a dream to work with. Don't let the dated showroom turn you off using them.

Definitely WON'T be using YVCM!During initial phone enquiry today, I spoke with Julia whose attitude and tone of voice was appalling. She was miserable and monotone, told me a number of times that's she's too busy and got too much on her plate, sounded totally disinterested in getting my business; and when I told her I felt her customer service was poor, she still sounded like she couldn't care less. I asked her to transfer me to the manager. Spoke to Alex who is one of the owners.
