We are very satisfied with Huawei store's service and products. We came several times for phones and PC. The staffs were always sooooo patient and helpful. Not like other places which give you a box and let you figure out yourself. I am not a tech person, so it would make me frustrated to start a new device. They helped me to start my new phone with the service you couldn't get anywhere else. I enjoy my new devices so much. Definitely recommend it.

Twice visitation at this store made great experience for my family and myself. The first time staff Clive served me and introduced a nice easy mobile to my mum, it was a very good deal with great quality! The second time, my phone battery was broken, again it was Clive showed me his great skill in repairing the damaged parts and exchanged me with a brand new battery. After all, the device has been actively working and I am so grateful to have chosen the right store, right people to fix my phone. Highly recommend this store to those who are in need to select the right phone and staff Clive is a very patience, and professional person you can trust! Thank you Huawei, I have been using this brand for a couple of years now, loved every moment of it!

Really bad experience. 45 AUD is charged to install Google service on HUAWEI Phones. Sales there are not professional enough to provide service. If you want ahead later, keep going to buy Huawei products there. Just not worth to walk in.

Wonderful service by the team there! My husband needed someone to look at his Huawei phone and they were attentive and helpful and helped us with testing the phone quickly. In the end, there were no issues after testing but they gave us advice and guidance. They were professional, warm and friendly! Would definitely drop by again to get accessories if I am in the area.

Called in for a battery replacemnt and tried to overcharge me. I told the technician the other huawei cretified repair shop does it cheaper, if he can match it. He said and i quote just go to the other store then". Terrible attitude and customer service."
