Don't have anything delivered through them, they use Toll Priority and they are a nightmare company. You literally have to hire a private investigator to find out where they've taken your parcel, as their 'tracking' website does jack in telling you where it is (my track map pin pointed my purchase in a school playground...and this is all because the delivery driver can't be stuffed ringing your doorbell. Do yourself a favour and either pick up your purchase or go somewhere else. Beacon you guys are better off switching to Australia post, at least they are competent.

Friendly service. Helped us choose the right lighting for our new place. Very flexible returns policy as it was hard to decide which of the various options looked right. Highly recommend. Just writing more words to reach 200 characters.

Staff don't even know their own products. Got wrong advice about how a lights dimmer worked. They have lights on display not even in stock. Couldn't even list out basic features about their lights.

Great service. Very helpful sales assistants who are knowledgeable about their product. Also helped me carry out items to my car. I had to return an item as it didn’t fit the cutout not a problem with returns. Highly recommend!

My 90 year old father and I were served by Karen, early Saturday morning. We knew what we wanted and she was absolutely fantastic, showing us a good range, opening boxes and being very patient with my darling Dad. We walked out under 30 minutes with exactly what we wanted, a 50% saving and very happy. Great service, great range, easy parking and Karen carried the boxes to the car.
