Bad Experience. Last appointment of the day. Had a rude hairdresser and sometimes I think not even paying attention to what she is doing with my hair! Some of their Korean family friends came in during my haircut and the hairdresser and salon in general were completely unprofessional having long loud chats in Korean. In the end my hair was really short- shorter than I wanted it to be because I believe they weren't paying attention to customer service. The city Kthreeg on Pier St is much better. Will not be returning to this outlet.

This Korean barber shop is so bad that today, I made an appointment to get a haircut and waited for a long time to be told that there was no free barber. They all dyed their hair and finally found an idle barber, but she was an intern. Her hair was so bad in the end that her family only gave good treatment to customers who spent a lot of money on hair dyeing and perming, and men who just had their hair cut were just perfunctory. It's not the first time it's happened. it's the last terrible haircut in her house.

There is no doubt that they are skilled about hair.I've been to their other stores such as north birdge and Cockburn and they all good at skills.But the only thing surprised me today is about the price. With my hair length for hair cut normally should be around $38 at all other branches. However, once I finished today I've been told as $50 for hair cut........I queried was there a price increase and the answer was no. Then the hairdresser explained cause my cut has more layer.......Is this the normal process at your store to add extra charge at the end of service ?There is no communication with customer about the additional cost during the hair cut process.If it is not allowed at your store, then I would like the store manager to be aware of what happened.

There are numerous Korean hair salons in Perth. To be honest, they are all friendly and provide great services. However, finding a right stylist for yourself will make all the differences. This place has a stylist name Erica. She has fantastic skills with styling and cutting your hair. Erica talks enough to be friendly but not overly talkative to annoy you. This is definitely a good quality which I look for in a hair stylist. I highly recommend her.
