Apparently the indian cashier still has quite abit of understanding when it comes to customers making a complaint or asking a question. When asking why my parcel's tracking number wont work (yes, a simple question which i'm sure any of you would know by now), the money which i paid was immediately returned to me and i was asked to take it to another post office to sort out my parcel since she was too busy to take my question. You'd think the time needed to tell me that my parcel has yet to be processed should be no longer than 5 seconds of her time. Just be a little cautious when dealing with her, you'll know her when you see her from her attitude.
