The Athlete's Foot Macarthur Square

My partner and I went into the store to get our feet scanned to determine what shoes were best for our strange feet. A very friendly gentlemen called Luke took the time in helping us out from explaining the results of our feet scan and also helped us try on multiple shoes/socks/insoles till we found the right fit. We were so amazed by his customer service, product knowledge and attention to detail and the level of care that we can’t help but purchase the shoes that he recommended. To quote my partner’s satisfaction: “it was like walking on clouds”. Although the pricing was a little on the high side but nevertheless we were happy with our purchase and appreciated his attention to detail to our shoe selection and going through in-depth details on our feet scans. I would love to recommend him for a customer service award if such a thing exists at The Athlete’s Foot.

I came in store a couple of weeks ago and I was greeted by a lucas who said hello then ignored me and stood on the other side of the store . luckily a lovely young girl saw me and came over to help while serving another customer. she was very knowledgeable and professional and made the service quick and effortless to help me pick the perfect shoes. erica deserves the recognition for how well she managed customer and service.

I needed to find some shoes suitable for golf that would also fit orthotics. Kayla saw me waiting for service and though she was already serving someone she let me know I'd been noticed and served me as soon as possible. She was very knowledgeable and quickly found a couple of suitable choices for me. Her manner was very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely go back for any sports shoes and although it was a busy Saturday morning I noticed that the other staff also appeared very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Juts arrived in store to find a new pair of sneakers, Cara went above & beyond and was incredibly friendly & helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for some new shoes. Thank you again Cara - Gary Luke

Went to athletes foot after a chronic pain appointment. Luke looked after me and listened to what my problems were. He scanned my feet and brought out a variety of supportive shoes to wear. He made sure I was comfortable and listened to what I had to say. Best service iv had in a shoe shop!! Thanks Luke and keep up the excellent work!! I hope the management see these reviews and give Luke something for his excellent service!!

My shoes were fitted by Zara. She was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service.She explained why I need shoes to fit a certain way to prevent certain symptoms. Each symptom she described I had previously experienced with poorly fitted shoes. I have been wearing my new shoes for 5 days now and they are amazing and fit perfectly
