Fast, friendly and great service

Was advised had to go into an office to receive a link code to MyGov website. Already had my ATO account and Medicare linked to the site. At office was advised the only way I could link my Centrelink was to unlink the other 2 accounts. Essentially spend 1.5 hrs there to do this and now I have been told I need to go to Medicare and ATO offices again and get these other 2 accounts re-linked.

Appalling, incompetent, rude and under- trained staff (as admitted by herself). Instead of trying to perform their job, gets frustrated at their own lack of knowledge and understanding.

Not helpful at all, if you live nearby Kilkenny, better go straight to Port Adelaide branch.

Staff is unprofessional they need a direct number where you can talk to a person 24/7

If you want to be helped try be cautious from Tara. She is absolutely arrogant and her attitude is terrible.Remember this it's first time for come at this branch.
