Bought a basin unit from here recently. The quality is horrid. No instructions on how to put the basin together. When I called to find out if it was just missing them the lady did try to help me but was told oh it doesn't come with instructions I just did it on my own.After hours trying to figure it out I find a leak as I obviously didn't do something right. FrustratingAlso the plumbing attachment are flimsy Chinese stuff that split straight away. Now I have to go FIND (which isnt easy as the attachment is a weird size to most basins) and spend extra on more plumbing attachments.The sprayer is cheap plastic... and the holes in the basin stand didn't match up so now the basin veers off to the right and the chair goes straight.Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is coz the lady did try and help me on the phone.

Look I've only been here once, I didn't get the product that I was after because I was educated further on other options (that ended up being cheaper!) and what would be best for my hair. On top of that they're using fabric bags instead of plastic, which is a total bonus for me ✔️
