Honestly LO loves this place, however food was a huge issue for us.They don't permit outside food, or pass outs" for lunch

Fun play area for kids and toddlers! Excellent ball pit, equipment and arcade games. No time limit and they let supervising adults in for free

Loud inappropriate music playing (Drake etc), with explicit lyrics in a children’s play centre. Nice.Half the toys have been stripped of any interactive play (kitchen has no utensils or play food - just basically cupboards to pull open and shut). Market stalls have no toys on the shelves. Fun.Morning sunlight pours into the toddler area, which makes it blinding for children trying to play.Staff seem disengaged and uninterested. Like they should be working at the front desk of a gym rather than a children’s play area. The only real positive part is the ball pit, which the kids enjoyed for 5 mins.Oh be careful of the dangerous set of stairs with no gate too - doesn’t seem to be a priority to get this gated off right next the toddler area? Downstairs arcade is weird and creepy. Like a casino for children - inappropriate really for children under 5.

Suitable for those 6 or younger, the business provides you with some tokens to use on the gaming machines though some were out of order or needed attending to like the one attached (not enough water evidently).Playground equipment was safe and enjoyable by all those whom were on the equipment. There is a cafe on site though menu it is limited as there aren’t enough customers on site to require more.$12.50 for your child to enter, bring your grippy socks.

Returned to EMF Junior today. Sadly food situation hasn’t changed. Still and inadequate range of horrible sandwich type food. I wish they would improve the available food or allow pass outs or bring your own. Another issue that hasn’t changed is the games and ride ons. I didn’t mention that in my previous review, but the situation has gotten a little worse over think. There is a ride on (fire engine) it is was all taped up last time and you couldn’t play the associated video game because it wouldn’t work properly, but kids didn’t know that and still put the tokens in. Today it’s still taped up and not working. The video on the wall upstairs is broken and another parent said a few of the other games were broken. I think this is a great place, as I said previously, but making some changes to make it more family friendly would be great.Previous post:Love that EMF Junior has reopened what was Little Sandpiper. My grandson loves the place. One huge issue is the food. The facility really isn’t big enough to offer more than a few premade sandwiches, croissants and a few cakes. Little sand piper used to allow pass outs because they acknowledged the food situation was and issue. EMF Junior don’t and don’t allow you to bring food in. This isn’t great - I’m not feeding my grandson on cakes and the pre-made sandwiches and croissants. Apart from anything else how old are they and he can’t have dairy and the sandwiches and croissants all had dairy. Shame - I hope they either allow pass outs or bring your own food.

Kids love it, parents hate it.Besides the risky layout (stairs with no gate between levels) the cafe which on a good day is pretty minimal was closed today. They said they would allow coffee from outside (which they don’t normally), and that’s all well and good if you know about it before coming in. If you want more business, cater to parents also.

The only problem I had was being charged $15 for a child under 14 mths, all she did was crawl around, didn't use anything, maybe charge under 2's zero or $5 ?

Took my 8 month old today for a little play date. It’s a great space but I think may be more suitable for when she’s a little older and can really take advantage of the play on offer. The cafe is nice with the bare basics on offer but I would probably suggest a bit more food and drink variety which is more suitable for children considering outside food isn’t allowed and I would imagine children could spend up to an hour or two playing here.Overall I think this place has big potential!

Very bad asked at register if arcade was included and how much it cost. Told $15 per child to get inside and find you have to spend more money on tokens to play arcade games very missleading asked for a refund within 10 mins of entry and was told no. Some arcade games were faulty and all candy machine empty and very difficult to win. 2 token a play at a rate of $50 for 60 tokens. Timezones $28 hr play much better value. Kids were very disappointed not to menton that you dont win tickets so zero prize win
