Stephen and Stewart were exceptional they were enduring shipping delays and then a recall on the I30 which was quickly carried out on arrival.With our concerns about Barry's health problems etc the good news arrived on the same day, delivery and a pacemaker for Barry.Well worth every day of waiting the I30 Elite sedan is a dream cara dream to drive and a beautiful car in every way with a good size boot which was so important for us.Thank you Stewart and Stephen

I feel warranty servicing is overpriced and I don't like how the service schedule is kept secret. Apparently brake fluid change is not covered in warranty servicing (they only top it up) and I had to pay an extra $66 for it! I suppose this is Hyundai and not the dealership in particular, but it still left me feeling a bit ripped off.Last service I forgot to ask for no car wash. Something got sprayed on the plastic trim by the window and left marks. (they fixed it after I complained).Waited 4 hours for a brake calliper to be replaced (the last one didn't take that long!) and a wheel alignment. I was so hungry when I left that I couldn't be bothered going back because the steering wheel is crooked.

Has a few decent experiences getting services here, then had them lie and sell me an unneeded battery when getting a roadworthy cert. Dealer manager then called and said he'd get back to me on the issue, never did. I'll never go back.

Amy the service advisor is extremely rude asked to obtain information about my own vehicle and started to question me as if I was a criminal. The tone in her voice and demeanour was disgusting and honestly a stain on such a reputable product, unfortunately sunco runs it
